CBM Rail Australia cultivates consistent and cohesive service provision by communicating quality requirements and customer needs throughout the business.

Furthermore, CBM Rail Australia actively pursues improvement of its quality management system (QMS) through the setting of quality objectives, through identifying measurable outcomes, and through action to achieve those outcomes. This continual improvement is maintained through regular review of the QMS, of staff and customer requirements, of services and skills requirements, and of the quality policy and objectives.
